ArmorTuf®

ARM DOORS offers the highest performance GRP with the ArmorTuf® brand. In addition to door panels, ArmorTuf® from the American manufacturer Crane Composites is also often used in the transport world. Often used as a surface design on the side walls of trailers. The glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) consists of continuously woven glass fibers as well as cut glass fibers and synthetic resin. The surfaces are designed for maximum strength! ArmorTuf® panels, like Glasbord®, are provided with an additional protective layer: Surfaseal®. This protective layer is patented worldwide and makes a big difference to all other GRP products on the market. The Surfaseal finish, applied using a unique production process, ensures that no dirt or bacteria remain on the panel. In the most demanding applications, including the food industry, it is advisable to choose ArmorTuf®.

Glasbord®

With Glasbord®, ARM DOORS offers a plastic door panel that contributes to a safe and clean (working) environment for you and everyone who uses the room. Glasbord® also comes from Crane Composites in America. Glasbord® is made of synthetic resin and sprinkled glass fibers, making the surface very durable. The Glasbord® plastic panels are also provided with an additional protective layer: Surfaseal®. The special Surfaseal film seal ensures that it is particularly easy and easy to clean. The surface does not provide a breeding ground for germs and microorganisms and does not yellow even when exposed to ammonia. Food safety, longevity and robustness are further characteristics of Glasbord®.

This means that the plastic products meet the strictest standards for low emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). FRP

Glass fiber reinforced plastics are made from reinforcing materials, various resins and additives. During production, glass fibers or glass fiber mats are impregnated with synthetic resin and sealed if necessary, creating a homogeneous connection. FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) is suitable for many spaces and applications. A standard FRP does not have a Surfaseal® protective layer. This globally patented protective layer is only found in ArmorTuf and Glasbord®. Not all areas need this additional protection. ARM DOORS offers textured surface FRP in white and smooth surface FRP in white and gray.
